Cricket is a team sport played with a bat and ball on a field, commonly known as a ground, between two teams of 11 players each at the center of ground which has a rectangular 22-yard long pitch. The purpose of the game is to make runs when at bat and to put out, while the opposing team fields. The bowler provides the ball to the batsman who shoots the ball with his bat far enough for him to run to the other side of the pitch and make a run. The batting team carries on hitting until ten batsmen are out. Each turn is known as an innings. After each team has batted an equal number of turns the team with the most runs wins. The Rules of Cricket are preserved by the International Cricket Council called ICC and the Marylebone Cricket Club simply known MCC. Cricket had established in the national sport of England in the 18th century. The firstly worldwide matches were organised in the mid of the 19th century.
