Heineken Cup is one of two annual rugby union contests organized by the European Rugby Cup. This Cup is one of the most famous trophies in the game and has been subsidized by Dutch brewing company Heineken Worldwide. This competition was released in the European summer of 1995 on the effort of the then Five Countries panel to provide a new level of professional cross border competition. This competition is organized from Oct to May, with various levels planned around domestic club competitions. 2013-14 Season is the 19th edition of the Heineken Cup.
