The Fiji national rugby union team represents Fiji in international men's rugby competitions. Fiji are one of the countries which have rugby as the main sport. Its greatest rugby victory margin was 124-0 against Niue in 1983. Famous as Flying Fijians, they are currently ranked 10th in World Rugby rankings. Fiji have made appearances in seven rugby world cup editions and has twice reached up to quarter finals. Fiji captain Akapusi Qera is confident that they will execute their game plan and strategy for good results in Japan 2019. According to John McKee, the head coach of Fijian team, they are ready for a fight in Rugby World Cup 2019 to improve their standing.
